Fall Essential Oil Blends That We Swear By

What I love about essential oils is that they not only smell great, but they help me relax after a long day. Rather than using candles, I’ve been mixing up my favorite autumn essential oils to diffuse. Nothing beats an all-natural aroma of spiced cider or autumn air.

Cold Air Diffusers Are the Way to Go

When you use a cold air diffuser, you preserve the natural beneficial properties of the essential oil, ensuring you get the health benefits of it. Rather than using heat or other methods, cold air diffusion simply involves cold air and your essential oil.

There’s no need to dilute the oils in water or a solvent, and the lack of heat means you’re not killing off all of the compounds that make these oils so magical.

Cold air diffusion diffuses oil through nebulization, turning the oil into a fine mist without residue.
